Development of mass spectrometry based approaches to study biological pathways and their perturbations
Prof. Lekha Sleno’s group in the Department of Chemistry at UQAM focuses on the development of new bioanalytical methods using advanced mass spectrometry for proteomics and metabolomics applications. The main objective of our research team is to discover the mechanisms related to xenobiotic-induced toxicities, metabolism and disease.
